lab exercise : focus image one


The above image is a close-up shot of a rain drops on a flower this is image was captured by getting close to the subject in this case the flower and using auto focus I captured a clear focus on the flowers and the rain drops on the flowers while leaving the background obscured and out of focus.

More specifically a curved line which starts in the lower left foreground and traveling towards the three figures in the centre. I think this is a good example as it brings the viewers eyes to the three figures in the centre of the photo.

lab exercise: focus image three

This image is an experiment of trying out the limitations of auto-focus. This can be a limitation as the focus point can have more than one object but at different distances from the camera which can cause issues. I did had a few difficulties in capturing this image however it only take a few minutes to get the desired image.
